Friday Link: What is Due Dilligence

Unless you’ve been through Due Dilligence, you probably only have the vaguest notion of what is involved.

Jacques Mattheij has posted a couple of excellent blogs on the subject , the first the Due Dilligence Survival Guide and Due Dilligence Survival Guide Part II: The Nuts and Bolts.

Even if it feels a long way off, if you are ever planning to sell or seek investment for your business you will go through due dilligence.  Even a quick skim through these guides will help you to understand what that means, and some of the things you can start doing now to smooth the path when the time comes!
